Reviews and Ratings
This hotel had a very Scottish theme, which was just what we were looking for. The rooms are not the best - quite small and an annoying fan going all night somewhere in the roof space. The service showed friendliness, and a level of service that is increasingly difficult to find elsewhere. The location, overlooking Loch Lochy, is unbeatable set amongst the mountains and right on the shores of the Loch. The dining experience took 40 minutes to serve, nearly making us late for a tour booking, and we would have liked to see breakfast Haggis on the menu. Facilities are in the process of being completed.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, especially at two separate floors, were superb in terms of comfort and style, but the lack of cleanliness in some areas was off-putting. The service was somewhat slow but accommodating for our large party. The location was absolutely stunning with breathtaking views, although some minor shortcomings detracted from the overall charm. The dining experience was average with limited options and some concerns about hygiene. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
The hotel offers a lovely room with access to a patio boasting a beautiful view of the Loch. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with small touches to enhance your holiday experience, though there is no air conditioning. The service is fantastic, with extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The location is fabulous, nestled on the side of Loch Lochy and providing superb views. The dining experience, while not reaching the same standard as the previous night, is uplifted by the amazing view. Overall, a great place with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had good quality furnishings. The service was amazing, and the staff took excellent care of us. The location exceeded my expectations with an excellent view of the Loch. The dining experience offered excellent views, although breakfast could have been better. The facilities were top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms were modest in size, unfortunately not with a view of the loch as expected. The staff was fantastic, friendly, professional, and helpful. The location offered breathtaking views of Loch Lochy, although some parts were still under construction. The dining experience was decent but a bit overpriced. Overall, a comfortable stay with some drawbacks.
The hotel offers beautiful rooms with great Scottish decor. While the reservation process may seem unclear, the location adjacent to the main hotel is a plus.
